Madara village is located in North-East Bulgaria, close town of Shumen. Here you can see the unique basrelief of Madara horseman - one of most popular archelogical objects in Bulgaria and Europe. The inscriptions around horseman are dated from First Bulgarian kingdom during the reign of bulgarian khans - Tervel, Kormisosh and Omurtag. Besides Horseman there are many others archeological finds starting from IV sentury BC. These finds are that much significand so first explorers of Madara cold Madara "Bulrarian Troy".
